East Delph Lakes is a wonderfully secure and private fishery. Surrounded by a deep land drain that acts like a moat, the only entrance point is through a permanently locked high security car park gate. You're guaranteed to enjoy your fishing in a private, secure environment. The only people allowed onto the fishery are those booked for that day and the fishery management.
Sessions start at 1pm.
It's not possible to get early access. Start times are strictly kept, so anglers on-site can enjoy their entire session undisturbed.
Access to fishery is via a long single lane farm track. The track is unsuitable for lowered vehicles. Do not drive down track before 12.40pm (as you’ll be blocking anglers trying to leave).
At 1pm sharp the gates will opened by a fishery manager, you'll be welcomed with a quick briefing. Swim selection is arranged by civilised discussion, with conflicts of interest resolved by a friendly draw.
Booking online a 50% deposit was paid, the balance is due on arrival either by cash or PayPal. There is no card machine.
Gates close 5pm in summer or an hour before dusk in winter. After gates close there is no access until 9am the following morning.
When leaving you must be out the gate by 12.30pm latest. We apologise for the loss of half hour fishing time, but it's the only way to properly manage access on the long single lane farm track.
Please note:
The fishery has no post code. See directions.
Anglers arriving after 1.30pm must arrange access by messaging arrival time to fishery contact number.
Parking by swims is not possible, so wheelbarrows are recommended.
95% of times it's not a problem to get a swim next to your friend if you arrive on time for swim selection.
